We have had an issue with getting one of our most popular raised beds vendors to ship out their products quickly this season. To be fair, they have had trouble getting their raw materials because of the economy, and did not anticipate the increased interest in their product (perhaps also fueled by economic hard times when more people plant vegetable gardens).
We have been on the phone with way too many customers over the past two weeks, having to explain why their raised bed orders are not yet being delivered, and asking for patience until we could get final shipment dates form the supplier.
We hate not being able to give every one of our customers fast and efficient service. We have taken all the steps we can to speed up the process on these orders, and have even refunded a number of customers in full when we were not able to deliver. But we wanted to thank those of you who have stuck it out with us and waited for your orders to ship. We realize that it has been more than a little inconvenient, and we do not take lightly your vote of confidence in us.
